Subject Access
If you would like a copy of the information that the Warwickshire Retail Crime Initiative (WRCI) holds on you, then please complete the subject access application form (link below) and return by post to Warwickshire Retail Crime Initiative, Safer Neighbourhood Team, Rugby Police Station, Newbold Road, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 2DH. We will not accept applications by email. We will provide you with following details if we have them recorded: Name, date of birth, address, date and details of incident.
